Bought a house they painted over rotting siding. Amongst other things. Try not to buy from them. Painted bathtubs with obviously cheap glaze which came off. Just a bad experience all around.

Edit: Bought about 7 years ago. It's beyond finding out what happened. Nothing "Affordable Housing" will or would fix. Getting you to fix the leaking plumbing ya'll tried to hide, we found before closing pffffft. Finally found somewhere I could rate our situation.

EDIT: 9 YEAR LATER!!! Still dealing with your horrible workmanship. The plumber has been fixing our toilet for 4 hours you installed when you did your so called fix and flip. It's been messed up from day one. How are you still doing "business"?

We had toured other homes with Christina before, so we were very excited to see that she was showing us, the house of our dreams. The entire process from start to closing day was so smooth. We purchased a home back in the beginning of December with them. We did the walk about and noticed that the home looked like it had some water damage to it and some other things that were missing (no trim! they said the contractor was going to be putting it in, and a hole the wall had was going to be patched up) l I went ahead and told the agent (Jennifer) about it, she said she would have the contractor go look at it and fix it. Since the trim was supposed to be put in before the signing. (Never happened) so she went ahead and just told me that instead she would mail be a check for 75$ to put in the trim ourselves instead of sending the contractor back out! We agreed to that and told her that would be fine. We never received that check which is not a big problem. The BIG problem here is that when we got moved into the house and started using the bathroom where it had appeared to have some water damage the bathroom just started leaking lots of water!!!!!! We couldn’t see a visible spot of where the water was coming from until my husband went under the mobile home and he was able to pin point where the damage was!!! It is a very upsetting situation because we had already put so much money into buying this new house and then unexpectedly we have to spend 3thousand+ just to fix the damages!!!

Rose was amazing! Although we weren't able to go through as buyers, she did everything possible as we are in a time crunching situation. She dealt with our emotional run and was there every step of the way working around hours. As soon as I had an issue, she was on top of it. Its hard to find time to sit down and write a review when you know that the person you are writing about deserves a really good and time consuming one. It’s hard to describe how grateful we are so I’ll just tell you the story.

Our house had been listed for a year with a real estate company when we met Rose at affordable homes. With our two bedroom that was newly remodeled we were trying to figure out why we couldn’t sell our house after having it on the market for a year. After talking with Rose for a long time and realizing that real estate and mobile home sales are sold and processed differently we decided to move our house over with her company because they only sell mobile homes. Three weeks later the Covid shut down happened. At the beginning when everything started opening back up Rose had our house sold within three weeks of being able to show it.

Unfortunately that families financing fell through and the back up offer had found another home already so went back on the market again. We took it off the market for the holidays and put it right back on the in the new year.

Wouldn’t you know that Rose had our house sold again within three weeks with two back up offers this time and a bidding war going on.

She then sold my next door neighbor house the same week she sold ours because I convinced them to just talk to her and a different neighbor listed their house with her as well less than a week later.

She’s competent, polite, caring and she will get the job done. We are definitely having her over for dinner when we get in to our new house because she has become a part of the family. Rose worked with Christina on our home sale. You won’t regret asking for Rose, you will regret and wonder what could have been if you dont give her that chance to list it. Everybody at the company can show the house and they will get it shown and sold! Good luck everyone! Be blessed!
