I went to have my car seat installed, very last minute, very short notice. Andrew was so kind and incredibly helpful, especially for something that was thrown on them on a whim! He was thorough with every aspect of information for how to strap baby in, and the what to do & not to do's. I left wth absolutely no questions and full confidence that my baby will be safe with his installation!
Couldn't have had better service, thank you so much for that & all you guys do!

Big thank you to the federal heights fire crew you are real heros! last Thursday a dog was crossing pecos infront of waterworld and was hit and ran by a white truck in front of me. The dog fell in place critically injured i pulled over to try and help frantically looking for a solution to get this BIG beautiful wounded alert girl out of harms way when metro fire happened to drive by thank god they pulled over and rushed to her aid. Not concerned with being bitten these heros put the dog on a stretcher and immediately tended to her. I was so impressed with the deep concern and prompt response to the needs of this dog. They treated her with the care any human could want im so thankful to live in a community where these local heros serve! Not knowing now if she survived the trauma or not I do know she was given the best care and love money can't buy. Thank you again and God bless you all for everything you do! I think it was a real miracle you showed up when you did there was no way i could have helped her except from trying to keep more cars from hitting her. Your jobs are so hard Im still traumatized by her condition. I really don't know how you all do it on a daily basis. All I can say is Thank you, you are appreciated!

Federal Heights has a program on installing new fire detectors for Senior citizens of our community !
They came out and replaced our very old hard wire detectors in our mobile home with new 10 year battery operated ones ! Yes 10 year battery life ! Nice guys and so polite and ask if we had any other concerns !

Tonight I witnessed for the first time, my local Fire Department actually rescuing a cat frome a tree.. Ive only read that in story books. Cheers to those guys and i feel comfortable sleeping at night knowing these Heroes are on my watch! Thank You!!!
