I was personally a client of Shiloh house in 2021 or 2022, it’s a very blurry time for me. I genuinely hated being there. I was verbally abused and sometimes physically by other clients, the security there was broken at all times , the privilege system was so poor it wasn’t fair to anyone. I had things missing and it just overall was not a “healing experience “

They’re extremely mentally and sometimes physically abusive. they stole items from one of the clients while packing their room to go to a different facility, they stole multiple expensive items, when mentioned they brought up a form that the clients family didn’t have time to read during the intake process, and told the family that their not responsible for missing items. the client had a panic attack, and they held the client down, the client began to have an asthma attack and would believe when they were begging to be let go and given their inhaler. another restraint was so violent the client had bruises.
