I placed my sister with Parker Post Acute on March 1st, 2025. To date, Parker Post has set up physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, all designed to help my sister develop her independence. While there are many things she can’t do for herself, it’s crucial for her self-esteem to be able to do what she can. Since she’s been at Parker Post Acute, she’s happier, more confident, and she’s been talking more. The facility is incredibly clean. The nursing and administrative staff are friendly, caring, compassionate, and professional. To everyone at Parker Post Acute, thank you for all you do. I truly appreciate your efforts.

I’m with Eventide hospice and had the experience of working with Parker Post Acute with a common patient. What a wonderful experience it was! The staff and management are very attentive and always put the patient needs first. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust this facility with a loved one! Very impressed with the pride the staff have in their facility and “their” residents.

This 5 Star rating is specifically for Kara Drager at the Reception Desk. She has been an INCREDIBLE help over the past many months, in so MANY ways, both to myself and my family member who resides at Parker Post Acute. She has always been kind, not only to us, but as I see her interact with others.She has a lot on her plate, but has NEVER been unkind or impatient. She gives anyone who walks in the front door a GREAT first impression of Parker Post Acute. We especially like Fridays, when her dog comes to work with her. 🙂

Randi has been fantastic! She helped my Mom to get a great roommate and fixed the room so my Mom and her roommate have more room to get in and out of their room with their wheelchairs. There are caring people at Parker Post Accute!!!!

My very good fried was placed here. The first thing was no private rooms. Her first roommate constantly yelled and berated her until she had to be moved.
I also noted the smell of urine and feces the first time I visited. It is also a very loud place no matter where your room seems to be. People yelling and even the nursing staff yelling and screaming

Parker Post Acute has been taking care mom for awhile now staff tries there best to take care mom needs especially Kara Drager very compassionate and always go out her way to accommodate the needs of my mom. I like the fact how she always update us on things we need to know very good asset to this establishment !!!!

Carolyn, my wife came in after complications from knee replacement surgery. Steve and nurses have gotten on top of her issue and improved her pain meds, which were not working at hospital. Therapy has worked with Carolyn even though she is very weak and couldn't move due to pain. Outstanding work, knowledge, and care here. 12 rating out of ten.

Parker Post Acute has an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate therapy team who are comfortable and knowledgeable in their provision of care to patients with varying diagnosis, and goals. I have been warmly met each time i have visited this facility. Kudos to the new management and team. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🥂
