Elevate USA is bringing more than postive impact in our country's youth development, they are shifting the culture to becoming a multi family structure that equips and sustains leaders to create, innovate, value justice and strengthen the broken parts of our coutry. This can only be done by the very fabric of who they are - "building long-term, life-changing relationships." They build these relationships with students, mentors, family, partners and board members. They are one big, awesome, diverse, honest, realistic, compassionate family. It has changed my life 13 years ago. I am never the same and I am sharing these values with my family and in my career.
