My parents house in Hoover, Alabama occasionally had water seep into the basement from the back wall of their house. It only happened when Alabama gets rain for several days in a row. Finally, Olshan fixed the problem and solved their occasional water seeping from the back wall. Once Olshan showed up; it was resolved and never had this happen ever again. ( The house was built inn1976. They lived there from 1979-2006). Olshan to our family means: “ One and Done” as the Crimson Tide claimed a few years ago at a National Championship.

Olshan offered a lifetime warranty on foundation repair. Olshan is now out of business and doesn't offer anything. Poor company.
