So far volunteering at One World Quest in the marketing department has been an exceptional experience. The supportive team has provided me with hands-on opportunities in social media campaigns, content creation, market research, and brand promotion. This experience has deepened my understanding of marketing strategies and the importance of teamwork. Participating in beach cleanups and other community initiatives has also been fulfilling, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to environmental efforts. The positive and dynamic environment at One World Quest has significantly enriched my skills and knowledge in marketing and beyond.

I have really enjoyed my experience with One World Quest. I have been an intern and volunteer with the company for two years now. I have learned so much about business and leadership. I have enjoyed being able to successfully lead the Business Development Team and create new ideas to help grow the volunteer program. I have also enjoyed meeting and communicating with all the volunteers. This past semester I helped plan a Toy Drive and Beach Cleanup for the organization which have been two of my favorite events that I have been able to successfully plan for the company. I can’t wait for next semester and to continue learning about business administration.

I have been working with One World Quest for almost a year and have already gained so much knowledge. With One World Quest I was able to explore future career options and get real world experience. Collaborating with like minded people, as well as receiving advice and mentorship from everyone who is apart of this company has allowed me to grow as a person. My finance, media, design and collaboration skills have greatly improved thanks to my experience at One World Quest. So far, my time with One World Quest has been highly valuable through the connections I have made and the experience I have gained. Though I have only been working here for a few months, the impact of each individual employee, including me, was immediately noticeable. Every employee, no matter the role, has the opportunity to contribute to the company in ways that favor their interests or career paths. Personally I am pursuing a degree in Computer Science. I also enjoy teaching others and learning about technology. Therefore, I was granted the position as a coding instructor and coding team member. I was even encouraged to bring my hobby of photography into class, so I can work on my media portfolio and further help the marketing and web design team. Simultaneously they make sure every employee is comfortable with their given workload and adjusting as needed. All in all One World Quest is a community oriented organization that I am honored to be apart of.

For the past year, I have had the privilege of serving as a volunteer on the marketing team at One World Quest (OWQ), an experience that has been invaluable in allowing me to foster and continuously improve my collaborative, creative, and graphic design skills. I have had the pleasure of working alongside an incredible team who are deeply passionate about OWQ's mission to create educational and community development programs. In my role, I have been responsible for creating a wide range of promotional materials, including content for the after-school and summer coding programs, beach/park cleanups, food drives, and volunteer spotlights. Looking ahead, I am excited to continue my involvement with OWQ next semester as the Lead Social Media Intern, where I hope to further develop my understanding of digital marketing and content strategy, while also learning more about the operational and logistical aspects of running a successful non-profit organization.
