I have seen Dr. Nastoupil a couple of times over the last year, and every experience with her has been great! She takes the time to listen to you, and she never makes you feel rushed or hurried. She has an excellent demeanor, and she’s gone out of her way to make my experience a positive one. I highly recommend her to anyone needing an Oncologist/Hematologist in the 4 Corners area.

Today over multiple appointments… I met with Amy, Julia, Julie, Lindsay. Everyone was so great. All questions were answered, concerns addressed. Care was top notch. There was an issue with labs/reports getting back to Mercy that had been done elsewhere unfortunately. But they were prepared to run them last minute. Fortunately, someone eventually was able to get the reports faxed. I really appreciated Julie coming back to talk to me about my lab results because she didn’t have them when I met with her. The one complaint I would have was I tried to bring this to light when I checked in. There was an hour before I met with Julie and there seemed to have been a communication breakdown somewhere because no one knew. I talked with Amy (and Lindsay) and we have a plan/schedule in place that I know this hiccup won’t happen again. For every 1-2 person hiccups there are 6+ people going above and beyond and making up for it. So many great personalities. I keep being asked if I need a “buddy” but the environment I was in today was so pleasant that it didn’t feel “Heavy,” like we were all worried about.
