Got totally blown off today. Employee or owner not sure took a personal phone call right in the middle of me talking to him. He literally cut me off. He stayed on the phone the entire time my husband and I were in the store looking. I actually had a question about something I was interested in purchasing but he was so engaged talking about his rental property and insurance issues. I put the item down and walked out. I guess the business is doing so well my purchase and time didn't matter.

Stopped through on our vacation and bought a wooden bear which I thought would be cheaper than I had paid for it . the price tag was missing from it . The lady later told me when I called that they keep the tags and reuse them . Why didn’t she explain this to me before charging? The price should ALWAYS stay on the item in case there’s a problem with the amount charged.. I feel I was charged MORE and because I have no way to prove it , nothing I can do but deal with it. Bad business! Shame on you!

Love love love this place!! As you can see I love grizzly bears!! Just park not in the way, or at least drive past and then turn around to go back to safe parking lot just before you get to the store, so much safer for every one that way. Expect tourist prices, high quality work. Better than other mountain towns. And so much more creativity!! Where else can you find a pink dinosaur Was wondering if they had pink flamingos Lol just for fun. Worth stopping here!

This place is fantastic! I was riding the bus to Gunnison and I sure wish they would have let me taken the 8 foot Rooster on board 🙁
