Went in to find a walker for a friend. Was greeted warmly by staff. They asked if we needed any help. When the walker I found was missing a part another staff member brought it into the back, found the part, and sold us the walker. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I was nervous to go in after reading other reviews and was very pleasantly surprised and had a great experience. The prices on items are very good for accessibility equipment and supplies too. We paid $45 for a walker with a seat, storage bag, working brakes, and in great condition. This store is a hidden gem for anyone who needs it!

Very very opinionated rude staff members especially the store manager. They don’t honor their word when you ask to hold something. And to tell you the truth, everything was overpriced or very very used. You are better off just going on Amazon. Seems like they keep all the good stuff for themselves and sell it out the back. Place is also very very dirty and in the worst part of town. Employees out front smoking and sitting in front of the doors and not once was I asked if I needed help.

Tried to purchase a walker today and was treated extremely rude. Not only was it pretty much pried out of my hands, it was told I couldn’t buy it til they fixed a bolt which I pointed out in the first place. They never offered to put it on hold for me or call me when it’s fixed. I really needed it too because of my height. I thought this place was where you go to get help from the community. I also have donated many items.

Amazing place!! They have every medical item you could need at very reasonable prices. Cpap supplies, rental items, diabetic supplies, so much more that you think can only come feom insurance.

I love this place. Great assortment of merchandise! CPAP management is so much easier and doesn't break the bank thanks to their coordinating efforts. They also have a slew of merchandise for mobility and diabetes, so it is very nice to see they've got the back of others. Virginia always greets us with a cheery smile and knows where everything we need is when asked. I can't wait for our next visit.
