Really Great person, appointment 8 AM . Check in 7.30 and empty 8 AM. Includes manger are all staff so nice. You can park overnight behind the building near dock. Restroom inside dock .

Very rude lady who works in the first office went here to apply for help with food as soon as I walked in and asked her how her day was going she said in a tone photo id I said excuse me she said photo id again I said I said hello and how is your day going like wow..... Then we get a tiny box of food with barely anything while I watched everyone else get boxes and bags of food we are new to this town and my husband recently lost his job 😔 I never in a million years have felt more judged and discriminated against in my life sooooooo much for asking for help 😔

These guys are litterally life savers, and everyone always seems to be in a good mood! The energy is very welcoming and the staft is beyond understanding and helpful. They let me use my ID on my phone when I forgot it one time! I look forward to our trips here..

The volunteers are amazing! The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the last three times that I've come I've gotten a litany of inedible food. Either rotten veggies or an abundance of jalapenos and butternut squash. All I want is some eggs and they're giving me bags of Takis. I wish there was food that was actually nutritionally beneficial to eat Rather than just space fillers. It's really depressing to have to scrape up gas money to go get food that I desperately need only to be met with food items that don't belong together. Came there hopeful left even more depressed and still hungry. When calling to discuss this I was transferred to the warehouse only to have the call disconnected. Super depressing.

I wish I had known this. Apparently it's closed the last business day of the month. Also, if you try to go the 1st-5th it will most likely be waaaaay backed up unless you arrive 15-20 minutes before opening time. Other than that this place is great. Usually it's a smooth process, and the people are polite.

Mold is really bad and can make you sick!
I know they can do better than this but refuse to make any changes in the donations they receive.
