Our 2.5 year old loves her classroom and her teachers are incredible! Every staff member we have met at the school is kind and very obviously cares deeply for the students, from the front desk staff who know every child’s name and offer stickers at the end of each day, to the teachers and teacher assistants who I always see actively playing and engaging with the students. The school has two playgrounds with great outdoor toys, a garden that the kids get to help with in the spring and summer, and maybe some of the best views of the Flatirons in Erie. They offer soccer lessons in the fall and every day we get photos of our little one playing outside, doing an art project, or participating in a fun group activity. The school is excellent at communicating via text and through email and an app so we never feel unprepared for a school event or special day like “wear silly socks” day. We have loved our time at Goddard and are very glad to have our kiddo enrolled here.

Our son attended The Goddard School of Erie for about 2 years, and we had the privilege of having several teachers really love on him as he moved up through the classrooms. I especially can't say enough about Mr. Bowen, Ms. Lex, Ms. Sequoia, and Ms. Millie. They were amazing with Oliver and he would come home talking about them every day. The staff truly cares for the well being of the kids, and works hard to have development activities that are fun and engaging.

The Goddard School of Erie has been absolutely wonderful for our daughter. This is our first child and the thought of leaving her for the first time was so hard. The staff and teachers have made that transition so easy and comforting. Robin and Kim always greet you with the warmest welcome and Ms. Lisa, Ms. Rachelle, Ms. Juanita are so great with our daughter and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know them. I love that they spend so much time doing fun and beneficial activities with the children every single day. They’ve helped us so much with nap transition and better socializing our girl.

Considering pulling my daughter out of this daycare. Been here for while. Used to be great but lately seems they don’t have their stuff together. Never have consistent teachers which is a red flag to me. Some teachers don’t present themselves well, weird face piercings and just overall doesn’t seem like they have the patience for this job. I wouldn’t recommend this place personally. Go elsewhere if you care about the love and safety of your child.

Highly Recommend the Goddard School in Erie!

We have been a part of the Goddard School family since our two kids were infants, and we couldn't recommend it more! The teachers are incredibly kind, loving, and genuinely invested in the development of each child. Our daughter, now in 1st grade, was exceptionally well-prepared for kindergarten thanks to their comprehensive Pre-K program.

Our son is currently in the toddler class, and he absolutely loves going to school every day. The staff is not only supportive and encouraging but also very effective with important milestones like potty training. The Goddard School has truly provided a nurturing environment where our children can thrive, learn, and grow with confidence.

I have one kiddo already attending the Goddard school and one about to start! I love their attention to detail and how much they keep me in the loop (as needed). The teachers are so friendly and my 2 year old daughter loves going to “school”. I know she’ll be in a nurturing and loving environment - she’s already made so many friends! Excited for our son to start once I go back to work.

After a less-than-ideal experience at another nearby daycare, we moved our son to Goddard Erie and I can't speak highly enough about the safe and nurturing environment cultivated at this school. I have seen my son grow exponentially here, and two of the biggest differences between Goddard and other daycares we've interacted with include first how the owner, Shannon, is extremely active and invested in this school. She is hands-on with the teachers, students, and parents, and her heart for this place creates an atmosphere of love and caring. And second, the teachers at Goddard are consistent, engaged, and seem really happy to be there. Where we previously experienced teacher turnover on a near-weekly basis at our previous school, my son's classrooms have maintained the same teachers and this has aided in his comfort at school and his confidence going to school.

My 4yo has absolutely thrived after switching to the Goddard School of Erie. He is more confident and comfortable, he has good friends, and his academics are strong. Enrolling him at the Goddard School in Erie is one of the best choices I've made for him so far.
