My daughter is a proud alum of many Catamount Institute summer camp programs. She loved, loved the overnight camps and I always knew she had a great time when she took of her socks and her feet were covered in dirt from epic adventures. The Catamount team is kind, caring, super knowledgeable and most importantly, the kids love the staff!

Catamount is one of my favorite local nonprofits and a wonderful place for kids to learn about the natural world. Catamount’s school programs are always an epic hit and the summer camps are so much fun. Getting outside, getting dirty, making friend and making memories, an added bonus: they are learning too.

I LOVE this place. Parking is very limited but it's totally worth coming here. There's a small creek that runs through the land and trials that go up some hills so when you reach the top you can see part of the city. They also have benches where you can have some lunch. If anyone from LA is reading this ,when you do the trails up the hills you kinda get Griffith Park vibes 🙂
