This was a really great thrift shop and will be again once they get a new manager. The woman who is manager there at the moment was extremely condescending and rude when I went there to donate some items. I will be donating elsewhere and shopping elsewhere as long as she is manager there.

The prices at the Evergreen Restore are just too steep!

Honestly, you might as well buy brand new. Now, don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Restore, but let's face it, the quality of your thrift shopping experience heavily depends on the store manager at Restores (it's almost like they have a competition with Aspen/Roaring fork on charging the most).

Here's the thing: I used to be a regular at Restore, visiting weekly without fail. I'd always find something to buy because, hey, it's for a good cause, and the prices were usually low enough that I didn't bother haggling. But now, thanks to the super computer in my pocket (aka iPhone), I've started checking prices on tools. And guess what? This store is selling used tools for only 5-10% less than what you'd pay for new ones at Home Depot. The kicker? The tools at Home Depot come with warranties. So, as much as I'd love to support Restore, it just doesn't make sense to take the risk of buying used when the discount is so minimal. It's disappointing because I really do love Restore, but at these prices, I'll have to stick with Home Depot.

Donations beware... call ahead for furniture Donations. And hope the woman manager finds a new job. She was very rude, condescending and obviously not interested in the mission of habitat for humanity. Pretty sure Jimmy Carter would encourage people to be nice.

This is by FAR the best thrifting in Colorado! Love, love, love this store! The staff are SO knowledgeable and friendly, and they run creative promotions several times each week that provide even more savings for the customers. SUCH a terrific treasure hunt!

Over-priced, which I could get past for a good cause, but the over-the-top rudeness of the woman who works will deter me from visiting again.

Great selection of stuff at reasonable prices. Staff is very helpful. Lots of furniture. High turnover, so don't dawdle. All proceeds go to building Habitat Homes in the area. Habitat for Humanity has housed many people in the foothills.

Called on item listed on marketplace. Talked with Brian on item and agreed on price. I discussed several times and reaffirmed that I would pick up Friday. Brian agreed to these terms.Called Friday at 11am. to inform him I was on the way. Brian stated he had sold it. Don't trust a word. His word is worthless.
A agreement is a agreement.
