Kids crossing was an awesome place for my daughter to get the counseling she needed! But when she was discharged back in February 2024 from her therapist, we were told she was welcome back at anytime. Yet, when that time came ( July 2024) I wasn't able to get a hold of her therapist or anyone else from the office. I called her therapist multiple times and never got any reply back. Not even to say they didn't have any availability for my daughter. If they had, I would have had her set up with another therapist to help her with her grandfather's death.

Amazing counselors. Great resource, especially for those in need of clothing, shoes, baby items and often toys and school supplies too. The therapists I've observed are very caring about their clients and the clients families. More than simply friendly and being therapist for the state as many tend to be. Here they truly care about the families and clients
