This review is also for the Weld Women 2 Women charity♡ Every employee I met was kind, caring and helpful. Especially Marely! I would go through everything all over again even if the outcome was different because getting to experience the hard work and positivity all the employees exude is so wonderful. We as a society need to continue supporting organizations like these. They do important and amazing work! Thank you for adding more light and sunshine and love to my life and many many others.

I gave them a 2 star only because they are helpful to some of the homeless people.
From what I heard.
But because I was staying in a motel with a friend they couldn't help my situation.
I'm still keeping my head above water but barely.
The action center in Lakewood helped a lot more.
If you're homeless in Evans you have to have a vehicle.
A lot of the people here are a bit two-faced.
They are nice to your face but don't help.
It's very sad.
The people that do help are few and far between.
And finding a job here is ruff.
Even transferring from somewhere to get a job here, is not right.
It took me 7 months to find a job here after my job was supposed transferred.
And never did.

They've helped a lot of people get apartments, but I've been a client for years & I'm still on the street. They do have a lot more services they offer too tho. Help getting ID's, birth certificates, bus passes, clothes, shoes, eye glasses & much more.

This place is by far one of the most wonderful and welcoming places I have ever been. These people have done more for me than I could ever put into words and the kindness they have for the fellow man doesn't begin to have words and I can't thank them enough. You have to put the work in yourself but they will put you on the right track. Trust them and the process

The worst Communication, they truly are not there to help the Community. Everyone has an attitude when talking with them, and it seems like no one really wants to work. It is sad because people refer to them all the time. Once they deny help, they turn their back on you and say good luck. It is so sad they rather see homeless rats go up in Weld county rather find a solution

The level of absolute disregard these people have for the people they claim to help is with out a doubt the most inconsiderate and selfish a person can be with out blatantly saying We don't care and I'm only here for a paycheck Possible. Multiple times I was left to discover the person i had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with was not there and had no plans on informing me on 3 occasions then after I simply got my 10am appointment crossed with the numerous 1pm appointments missed by one of these individuals i was told no we will not make an exception and fit you in you have to wait 2 more weeks because this women has been here since 9am mid you its 12pm but she will not fit you in and you can call us back later to figure out when you can schedule another appointment. And No it does not matter you need an ID to get a job to get a House you can call back later and I'm the supervisor so if you have a problem you can as me and I'm saying no we can't work you in because this lady is 3 hours into a 4 hour day and he is just absolutely unable to handle it. So if you don't like it I don't care you can complain on Jan 2nd because I said so. This place is nothing more that a flop house for a bunch of lazy pencil pushers who only car about lunch and clocking out. Its truly the most pathetic thing I have ever been unfortunate enough to have to turn to. Never do the follow up or follow through and it's all your fault because it was lunch time and they don't handle accountability. Good luck...

You should treat people better, but you don’t. You took a building by a homeless camp and turned it into a cold weather shelter. It sounds great, however, you shut it down while it’s still freezing at night. Then you ran them off the property, not allowing them to even eat at the tables or park in the lot. Where they lived before you came.

While you were open you ran off individuals that were helping them long before you were here.

I was absolutely shocked that the united way would condone your “do not feed the homeless” stance for individuals.

The US Supreme Court ruled that feeding the hungry is a second amendment right. Feeding others is the most basic way to communicate caring for another.

I really thought better of you, until I knew you.

I went here for help with housing mainly because I am not very familiar with Colorado and also because I unexpectedly had to move. I called and made an appointment. The same day I made an appointment someone gave me Ella's phone number. I reached out to her before my appointment and she let me know that I needed to come in by the 8th because they had multiple staff quitting and they would stop accepting people. She then reassured me that they could be of assistance. She also informed me that when I came into the office the next day she would give me paperwork showing that my notice to vacate was illegal. When I got to the office I met with Roberto. He took my information and said he would email me things by 3pm. He let me know of what assistance they could provide me with and then he walked me over to Ella. Before he did that he also told me that his last day was the 8th. When I sat with Ella she told me she would take over my case after Roberto left. She never provided me the paperwork she said she had because the information she gave me was inaccurate. Roberto never emailed me that day. I reached out to Ella and she said she would reach out to him. I reached out to her in this way for a week and never received anything. The last thing she said to me was something along the lines of "you can find the same stuff on google and you probably wont qualify for assistance" Maybe she's right, maybe I could find the same stuff on google and I may have not been eligible but that should have been communicated during the intake instead of telling me otherwise and wasting my time. I think it's extremely unprofessional to treat people in this way when they are coming to you for a service that you provide.
