This is one of the lodging options available at the YMCA of the Rockies. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, reserve a cabin, as these lodges are always full of loud children on school trips. The walls are thin. However, you do get a private bathroom which is a good deal at the price.

These were decent rooms, the sheets and everything were quite clean, the room didn’t smell. It’s just the bed frame and whatnot that seemed a bit dirty.

There is a playground right outside of the lodge so it was nice to bring our kids out before bed.

Not luxurious so don’t expect that haha. We saw deer from our room too.

The lodge is at a great location. Ymca. No better place to be in Estes Park than here. the room is nice n cozy. The beds r good. They provide plenty of fleece blankets, towels, hand towels etc. Sink outside the bathrooms is both good n bad.
The biggest problem with this lodge is the Air conditioning or rather lack of the control of it. Sometimes it is set to a comfortable temperature but sometimes it's not. And you have to get innovative to keep ur room at right temperature. Like one night it was set to 79F and it was in an oven, so we opened the windows to keep ourselves cool

The rooms are decent sized. I stayed in a room that had a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds. A blanket, fitted sheet, sheet, body towel, hand towel, face towel, pillow, and pillow case were on the bed wrapped up in saran wrap. The bathroom was a little small. The room came with body soap but no shampoo or conditioner. The location of the lodge is very convenient, within walking distance of many places.

The guest rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Amenities are fantastic for a mountain camp! Each lodge room has its own bathroom and shower, and the sink is located in the main room separate from the bathroom. If you're expecting a hotel experience, don't--but it's still a very comfortable stay and definitely a welcome surprise for a mountain lodge.

I'm here for 3 days and honestly I'm not really an outdoors person but the views are great. In my room, a 6 person room, I find the set up a little odd but I get that since the bathroom is so small the sink has to be outside kinda in the middle of the room. The temperature isn't too hot and not to cold but in my 1st day it felt like it was warm and missed having AC. Unfortunately the room did not have AC.

It was a good location for my campus ministry to stay for a retreat, but don't expect a super nice hotel. Beds are kinda hard... But the YMCA of the Rockies is such a beautiful place that it doesn't matter what the room looks like cause you won't spend much time in there anyway.

Pretty rough condition as far as the rooms in this building. Dirty linens and a pillow with a large blood stain on it. Floors not clean, hallways were filthy
