Was treated very rude today and made to wait over 2 hours only to be given another child's gifts at the angel tree event and when I tried to return it along with so many others we were treated like trash. If your child is 8 and they're receiving newborn walkers or if you have a 2 year old girl what are you supposed to do with 11-12 year old boy stuff. I will never ask for help from salvation army again

We got Xmas gifts from angel tree 2024. Let me tell you how the gift cards in the stockings were all Used!!!! Literally 12-19 while I was picking up stockings the gift cards were charged!! Also took 3hrs from 930am to 12pm to get a bag bc they were so disorganized with tickets and bags. Then they told people to come back after they stood in line for 2 hrs. Not only that, we were forced into their church
sermon before we got our bags.

The angel tree was super unorganized and I've seen other moms saying gifts were being stolen. I'm devastated as my kids got nothing while I waited 2 hours expecting something.. I would've planned going to other events that offer help if I would've known this was going to happen. The false hope to families is sad. No kid deserves christmas gifts being stolen ! Please address this and make it right

Had an appointment at 11:15. Had to stand on a line behind people who had appointments at 11:30 & 11:45 and wait my turn in line anyway. Terribly unorganized and unprofessional. It's now 11:20 a.m. and the line has not moved at all. And now they have us forced into a church sermon instead of doing what we came for. Catholics for you.

You're taking the "army" part a bit too seriously. Why have army uniforms and fake(hopefully) guns?

They made my daughter's Christmas very special this year. She had surgery on December 18th and was not very happy about it. But she is doing better and her face had lit up seeing the gifts she got. I thank all of you so much.
