Devastated!!!!! I trusted their vendor with the last remaining articles of my dead grandfather's shirts and tie to make a teddy bear and now they are unable to locate it, unable to locate the clothes, or provide me contact information for the person who supposedly makes these teddy bears. Do not trust their vendors with your dead loved ones items if you want them back. The receptionist told me she knew of the program I was referring to when I called but sadly didn't have any contact information. 🙁

To reply to the owner- when you market a program and offer it to people, you are responsible for maintaining contact information. I was in a deep state of grief and trusted that you vetted the vendor that you had hired and were marketing for. When I gave my grandfather's clothing to the receptionist, I was assured that they would be kept safe and returned to me in the form of a teddy bear and you can't even tell me how to contact the program that you marketed for.

When a loved one was dying, I looked on their website and found a group that fit my situation and sent an email to the email address on the top right of the page and asked for more information. When 12 days had passed with no reply I sent a message through the website's contact form and got an auto confirmation my message had been received. It's now been 17 days since I first reached out and 5 days since the second message was sent and I haven't heard a peep. When you are dealing with dying and death, functioning at all is hard let alone reaching out for help. The fact that I pushed myself to do so and got radio silence is infuriating especially for a group designed to help.

It is becoming rare to find caring people when you are in crisis but I did. My adult son killed himself and I was in such despair that I wasn't sure I wanted to live anymore. From the day I walked in to the Grief Center I began to see a way through the intense sorrow. Thanks to all the courageous and compassionate people who entered my emotional pain with me and gave me me hope. Please call them if you are suicidal or have any lingering sadness over any life event that created loss. Don't give up. Don't give in.
