So grateful to the Service Team at Phil Smith Acura!! These folks went above and beyond! Brought my beauty in for her “Service A” and thought the battery might need to be replaced. Since it didn’t fail while being serviced, they couldn’t replace it during my service. Later in the afternoon it failed - literally 30 minutes before closing. John was waiting for my vehicle’s arrival, had already pulled the new battery, and the tech did the install in less than 10 minutes! Everyone at this location is so kind and accommodating. Never any pressure to purchase anything we don’t need, unlike many dealerships out there! Massive thanks to the team at Phil Smith on 1/4/25! You started my year out just right!! Keep doing the good stuff!

This is my second certified pre owned purchase involving a trade with Phil Smith Acura in the last 3.5 years. I can honestly say I love working with this dealership. They make it extremely seamless to do business with them. Both times I’ve traded in my cars I was very happy with the trade in value they gave me as well as the price on the purchase.

My first purchase 3 years ago..since it was my 1st vehicle in registered here in FL they helped me obtain new insurance policy after hours and provided me with new registration & plates on the spot.. totally painless. My most recent purchase was on a Sunday. I arrived 15 mins before closing & I thought they were closing in 2hrs from then. The whole time I had no idea they were already closed.. no one rushed me I test drove 2 different vehicles & went ahead & purchased one. They are wonderful to work with from sales person Jose G who took his time with us going over the 2 vehicles in detail that I was interested in & helping us obtain new financing with sales manager Kelly. She is fantastic & goes out of her way to get your deal done in timely & efficient manner. Kelvin closed our deal.. he’s an absolute joy to deal with as well. The team at Phil Smith is top notch & I was just as impressed with this dealership as I was over 3 years ago with my last purchase with them.
I highly recommend this dealership if you’re purchasing an Acura in So FL. I live closer to other dealers north of Phil Smith but I go out of my way to buy & service my cars there. Extremely professional & efficient.
Side note.. their service department has also been great to work with over the years.

We contacted another Acura dealer regarding an MDX Technology that was advertised online. As interested as we were in that vehicle and knowing we would purchase a vehicle in the next 48 hours or so, we were so turned off by the Salesperson who answered the phone and subsequently the Sales Manager, we decided to start from scratch. We contacted Phil Smith Acura and had what was no less than the best experience we’ve we ever had purchasing a car and I have purchased dozens of cars in my life. Jose, James, Steve, and especially the Sales Manager Kelly Cochrane were no less than exceptional. Friendly, Professional, Customer focused, patient, good listeners, they ensured if there was any possibility of making the customer happy, it would absolutely happen. Thanks to the entire team for exceeding expectations. We drove almost an hour to get to Phil Smith Acura even though there were three Acura dealers closer to our home, and would absolutely do it again.

Edit: I’m going to have to stick my foot in my mouth for my initial review. My salesperson Alejandro was great to work with and my finance guy Tony was as well. We had a miscommunication that stemmed from a misinterpretation of the numbers on my part. I give a great deal of respect to Tony for his outstanding customer service and finding a solution to the issue in a timely manner because it is how man responds in the face of adversity that determines his character. In my case, I should’ve displayed more patience and I apologize for tarnishing Tony’s name. I would definitely do business again with Tony (if he’d have me) without a doubt.
