My family and I moved in about half a year ago now, it started off good we had good parking our apartment looked good. Until we got a call from management that our sink disposal is broken and was to get a maintenance to come fix it. Maintenance never ever came and was told it was the first time was her fault sending them to the wrong apartment then she said the second time was our fault for not answering our phone when we never received a call. Then we noticed black mold in the washer we informed management and was told she would come by to check never happened
Then we received a letter informing residence to have parking passes in there windows or you'll be towed i truly believe we are the only ones who have the parking pass and yet we can't get a parking spot my family and I have to walk 4 to 5 apartments down when there a spot in front of our apartment but we have residence with more than one car. Be aware of what your signing up for there will be a ton of excuses but nothing gets done. P.s. the park is not kid friendly either there is profanity all over it

No matter how many times I try to reach out to the office, she never answers. Many concerns and given excuses for every one. Been through 2 different ladies in the main office since living here, and all residents had hope when we got the newest, but she is letting us down.

My dishwasher leaked from the bottom. Repairman came out cleaned filter and said it should be fine. Later that week ran dishwasher leaked from all three sides. Dishwasher wouldn't totally drain from dishwasher. Have put in 4 work orders. This started Mid October and still isn't working. I am waiting for new dishwasher. Have been advised it could take 6 to 8 weeks. Going on the fourth week. I am disabled, don't have full use of right side. Has been very challenging doing dishes by hand

This is such a nice place and it's sad that the grounds and building maintenance workers are of such poor quality. The public trash cans overflowing. The pet stations with no poop bags full of pet waste. Weeds all over the place. Thankfully some of the residents including myself contribute to these problems

I have tried to call and email multiple time even went to the office during working hours but no one is always available left multiple messages and no one ever answers or calls back or returns emails. I was in need of apartment so bed and love this area but i was disappointed. I even went ahead and created an account with them do application but it's take for ever keep showing pending

This is my second year living at mission village of evans and i gotta say me and my family are very happy to be living in such a family oriented area.management and maintenance are a pleasure to work with.

Every time I want to call them the office was always close and no one as call me back. I was interested in renting from this but now I am not sure. We are in need of a place very bad a we are looking to move in right of way. But never can get a hold of anyone.
