Firstly, I am apologize that I am six mins late to my appointment.
Just realized they have their own policy for the appointment. You cannot be later than 5 mins later than your appointment. Which seems unfair, bc I always waited longer than that in the lobby.
The front desk lady told me the doctor already seen someone else and couldn’t see me, how long a part are you scheduled the appointment And I couldn’t switch with the patient that took my place?
Again, it is my fault to be late. But the front desk very careless to help me out , this two stars is giving to the customer service.

If you love suprise billing, this is your place! So disappointing, because the facility and care providers were nice. But there is so much deception going on r/e billing that it is shameful. I understand that billing can be complex, especially when insurance is involved and 3rd parties are involved, but there should at least be an effort made to inform patients that 3rd parties ARE EVEN INVOLVED AT ALL. I asked at my appointment what to expect and there was zero mention that a KNOWN 3rd party was going to automatically be involved in my care that day. Sure, they may not know how much that bill will be for, but they knew that it would be coming and made no effort to give me a heads-up while I was standing in front of them asking. PLUS that BCH would force me to pay for another separate appointment with my doctor just to discuss the results of the test I have already paid for. Twice. There's definitely no "care" in this health care group - it's all about the money.

Amazing staff! From the moment I walked in to check-in at the urgent care center to my discharge, I had a positive comfortable experience. Unfortunately, I do not remember the staff members names (tired, sick brain), but the British receptionist was kind and warm, the very tall male intake nurse cheered me up and was supportive and honest, the male nurse practitioner who discharged me had a wonderful bedside manner and was very relatable. It means so much to feel supported and heard by this amazing staff, when I was feeling exhausted and unwell. Highly recommend them for your urgent care needs.

I just had my annual physical at Boulder Community Health in Erie. I saw Jennifer Marshall NP, who is now my primary care provider. What a great experience I had with her. She came into the room happy, enthusiastic, caring, listens to what you have to say. She's smart and thorough and lets you know what to expect and what to follow up with in future visits. I think Boulder Community Health is lucky to have her and I'm happy to have found her!

I have been VERY pleased with the customer service and care we have thus received at Boulder Community Health Erie Medical Center. My 94 year old mother’s PCP, Denise Kawecki, has been her Nurse Practitioner for many years, and has excellent diagnostic and interpersonal skills. She is especially patient and kind as she navigates my mother’s many medical issues. We have worked with the lab and imaging for blood work, mammograms, and other X-rays, as well as Urgent Care on two occasions. We have always experienced prompt response and ease in appointment-making and the staff has always been very welcoming and efficient. I have just joined as a new patient and have received a warm welcome. Front office staff is extremely helpful in getting me transferred from my previous provider group to Boulder Community and the providers here in Erie. I appreciate that they are able to schedule me promptly without long delays, and I’m so grateful to have BCH’s Erie Medical Center in such a convenient location. BCH is a terrific addition to the Erie health community.

Love that all of their doors are touch less as well, gives me a sense of piece specially during these uncertain times with covid-19. Always get quick and great service from the urgent care department when I need to Be seen right away.

A quiter place within the Community Health System to get one's imaging needs taken care of. Was pleasently surprised to schedule 2 imaging appointments the same week. And, Maggie was very good at her job....
