We had a great tour with Kiara on an elk rut tour. It was our first day in the area and we learned a lot and had a safe but close viewing of a harem.

Service was great. Pricing is almost twice what can be bought online. Bought a coffee mug anyways. They do not offer a military discount or provide you with a bag to carry your purchase. If you bought multiple items you would have to purchase one of their bags with their name on it. Why would anyone pay for a bag just to advertise for them. Will not return. This is at the new store in the visitors center.
