This place is a absolute joke. They promise you a position or a place at there company then can't even get any phone calls after I call for over a week to find answers out hr emails me saying all positions have been filled i was way more qualified for this position and cottonwood community is not a place I would want for any one with any type of disability looking for help they are all about their upper management and click like in high school very unprofessional and with the knowledge I now have I hope the best for cottonwood as there are regulations wheb walking into areas that were neglected and should not be and this is very concerning for the individuals. They also tell you portions are filled when there still posting online in need of caregiver it's all a lie and a shame again I no this industry inside and out and cottonwood is doing some shady things.
