You sign in, when your turn you shop for the foods your family likes. They can provide financial assistance by case.
And speaking from having to go there for both things they treated us amazing we got the food we needed and they helped us with a bill in a super fast manor

My partner and I have been living out of our car for the past 3 months and it recently got impounded. Sister Carmen has been so kind and helpful to us since the first time we went to them for resources. All of the staff are friendly, well educated, and very respectful. There have been many times where I couldn't afford to buy food of any kind, and everyone at Sister Carmen's was so welcoming and nice that I never felt ashamed asking for help. As soon as I'm on my feet and can help these guys, I definitely will, they have my full support.

Sister Carmen is a total life saver! Harain has helped me out of some horrible situations. Even 2 years later that man has done nothing but make sure I get all the help I need. He's even been an amazing friend that listens to my problems and even offers advice. Thank you to all the advocates and volunteers that help people like me get on their feet again.
