If you are in the mood for BBQ I highly recommend this place. The sandwiches are big enough for 2 people to share. We had the original pulled pork with deviled eggs and sweet potatoe fries. Small beer selection but good. Sorry no food pics.

Had lunch here yesterday while shopping and loved it! I had the pulled pork plate with fries and mac & cheese for sides! It also came with 2 slices of white bread and pickles. The food was brought out super fast and was smoking hot! The meat was seasoned and already had some sauce on it, and the extra cup of sauce they brought had a bit of heat/spice to it - super good! Was very pleased all around!!

I absolutely love to visit here. From the beginning to the end this place is so good. During the warm months you can eat outside, play corn hole, mini golf, listen to live music. The kiddos can run around on the turf and watch a movie at the drive in. During the winter months you can still enjoy outside or stay inside for live music, pool tables, video games, and great food. From the cheese pizza pie, salad, fries and BBQ there are so many options on the menu. Just all around good food, good people and good fun.

Worst nachos I’ve ever had. Cheese not melted, fake liquid cheese, no beans or other toppings. Paid $7 extra for chicken and got barely anything.

A nice BBQ restaurant at the Grand River Outlets. Great service and rustic atmosphere. Had the combo platter with pork and chicken thighs. Pork was ok and the thighs were some of the best I've ever had. The white sauce was a superb tangy tasting topping. Sides included stuffed eggs that were a little too sweet for my taste and greens that were very good. Others at the table had thigh dinners with mac and cheese that were both very good. The Greek salad was huge and had fresh ingredients with a superb dressing. The fried green tomatoes were also an excellent side item. Overall, this is a great place to eat at while shopping with the family at the outlets.

Explanation:
The Backyard Leeds is a great place to bring your family to dine, whether you’re with a group or on your own. It’s especially nice before catching a movie,like I did when I came to see Beetlejuice and The Joker at the Grand River Drive-In Movie Theatre. The food is definitely on point. Both times I’ve dined here, I’ve left eager to return and try more of their diverse menu options. You can’t go wrong with their pizzas, Buffalo wings, cheesy garlic bread, Greek salad, combo plate, Cuban sandwich, or BBQ fries.

The floor service is excellent—they keep everything clean and bring the food to you. The staff is courteous and friendly, always ready to answer any questions. With such great service, it’s hard not to leave a tip.

However, my experience at the bar was not as positive. During my first visit, I asked for a draft lager beer pitcher but was given an IPA instead, which put me off ordering a second round. On my second visit, I requested two whiskey sours, but my family member and I could only taste lime juice and ice—the whiskey and syrup were nonexistent. When I kindly asked the bartender to remake the drink, they refused, saying they could only offer two shots of whiskey for an extra charge, as the 9 oz cocktails had just 1 oz of whiskey. It was then that I realized my cocktail was mostly filled with concentrated lime juice. This was disappointing, as the ingredients for a whiskey sour should be measured and added in equal proportions to create a balanced cocktail, but it was instead overwhelmed by lime juice. Especially the extra charge for the additional whiskey which it was not called for. This experience soured my mood and willingness to order another round, leaving a poor impression due to her response and service.

In conclusion, I’ve learned to tip cautiously at the bar—if at all, meaning not tipping the first time when purchasing a drink. To play it safe, it’s probably best to just order a can or bottle of beer. For a party of six, I spent $139, not including the cocktail drinks and tips. I could have spent more if the drinks had been on point and the bar service had been better. Overall, I would have given this place five stars, but based on my bar experience, I give it a 3.9 out of 5.

We hosted a family event here for about 30 people on a Sunday morning. The staff was so accommodating and friendly! The arcade was fun, the food was great, and mini golf was a blast! It was perfect, especially for a group of adults and children — everyone enjoyed themselves. I definitely recommend it for an event, party, or just a fun date night!
