We were very impressed with the service we recieved at Fast Pace Urgent Care of Leeds, AL. The staff were very friendly and kept checking on me even before we made it I to hack to see nurses and doctor.

They did preform testing needed to figure out my issue quickly. They explained everything with detail and care. You could tell they genuinely cared and wanted to help which is amazing.

Highly recommend this facility and staff to anyone in need of good quality care.

I had a great experience at Fast Pace Health Urgent Care! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was attentive, caring, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The best part was how quickly they got me in and out—no long waits, which was a huge relief. I left feeling much better thanks to their efficient and professional care. Highly recommend for anyone in need of prompt and compassionate medical attention!

Would have had a lower score, but the staff was so nice. Loved everyone that worked there. I was not happy with the registration process. I reserved an appointment and registered online. Arrived the 10 minutes early that online said to. I waited to be called back over an hour. The online appointment time does not gets you an appointment. Walk ins trump your appointment and registration time. You are put in a spot when you arrive. Not at all what I excepted when I arrived at my appointment time. Not face paced at all.

But, the receptionist, provider assistant and the provider were all super nice. The provider was wonderful at explaining everything.

Everyone was super super nice! All problems were handled without further doctors appointments! And that alone was amazing. The x ray tech a total sweetheart. She knew I was nervous and let me ramble on about nothing

The doctor was very thorough and very informative and very patient which I greatly appreciated with my mother because she has dementia. I felt listened to and it was actually refreshing. I would recommend this place to anyone. They also helped my daughter and went the extra mile to do cultures just to make sure everything was okay instead of sending her home still in pain. All in all I think they're great group of people

I was extremely pleased to find a staff personnel at the front desk upon arrival. She was extremely helpful with signing in to see the Physician Assistant. All other staff, including the PA were very kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend Fast Pace Health Urgent Care!!

I have been to several urgent cares. This particular one is outstanding in their care from the time you walk in the door until you leave.
They treat you as a human being not a number.
The provider was very knowledgeable on diagnosing my problem and giving me the right treatment to make things better.
If you need a walk in clinic this is where you want to go.

This best way I can describe my experience is, life savers! Ms Thelma and Lynette immediately recognized that I was in need of medical assistance and would not let me leave until they got me on the road to recovery! I truly don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for them. They are the epitome of what a health care professional should be!
