There's so much potential there... so many artists
You can learn how to dance, art like painting, after school math. You can even fix your bicycle

Community center created from elementary school. Some local business rent spaces there. Some spaces can be used for meetings or other functions. Electric car chargers available usually. Community Hall has a stage and seats at least 150 people.
