I’ve noticed all these reviews are from a year or more ago. Since going to Centennial Mental Health the care that my family has received has been amazing. Open and honest communication flows with them and I’ve never had a problem reaching my therapist in an emergency situation.

I love it here! Theyre receptionist isnt the best and i dont like her, but the tharapists are great! I saw Lindsey and shes just amazing! Shes super kind and caring, and very sweet she trys her best to help you even if you havent opened up quite yet. Shes lovely, i would recommend!

TERRIBLE!!! I have been there three times and not once did the receptionist get my appointments right. They would supposedly schedule me for a date. When i went in they either never scheduled it or it was for a different day. Today the receptionist tried to tell me the group I was to attend was a different day. I had to tell her she was wrong over and over until she finally checked with someone else and what do you know?!! The group did exist. And on the day I told her. UHHGG!!!! If it wasn't for Cana and Jesse I would NEVER!! go back. I do not recommend this place. Do your self a favor don't spend your money here. I put 1 star only because cana and Jesse rock!! If not for them they would get a -5 stars

The receptionists were friendly, but the other staff not so much. The woman who did my intake consistently cut me off when I was answering her questions. She made unnecessary comments on any answers I gave her that didn't make sense to her or that she had not heard of before. For some reason I came back several weeks later to see a psychiatrist. I expected to meet with a real Dr., however, they put me in an office room with a computer and told me that I would be video chatting with the Psychiatrist. I've had my fair share of psychiatrists throughout the years, and this psychiatrist had to be one of the worst. He also cut me off multiple times while I was answering his questions (many of which they had already asked me during the intake process). I don't know why the Dr. could not meet with me in person, or why the other staff had not even told me ahead of time that I would have to talk to him via video chat.

Just received a call from my wife completely in tears. She just had an appointment and was treated like a criminal and belittled by the so called "Doctor." i would advise avoiding this place unless you have absolutely no other option for mental health care.
