Really disappointed with lack of communication.
We inquired multiple times about the same kids over the course of 9 months. Never heard anything until 9 months after our first inquiry. Being told they dropped the ball because they are suppose to call in 39 days to inform you. Which never happened.
In Late September we got a call saying they’d love us to learn more and start the process and have a kiddo moved by December. In October we did another call, then following in November one with our county caseworker. Everything seemed great, we were told to set up a time to contact the caseworker for the kiddo. We emailed, called no answer. Christmas came and went we emailed left voicemails nothing. Sent two emails in January left a few voicemails and still haven’t heard anything.
Our county has reached out countless times as well with no response.

There are loads of kids on heart gallery who have been there for a year + it’s no wonder why they are still looking for homes.. it’s sad.
