Great food assistance and lovely friendly people, however the thrift store ladies treated my diabetic disabled wife like she was contagious with leprosy, lol, they definitely feel like the voucher folks are less than human. This is confusing for me because I thought the whole purpose was to not make you feel ashamed for having rough times. I would recommend the food assistance, avoiding the thrift store, grumpy old ladies

You guys have become horrible and calloused. Being argumentative with your clients in crisis is absolute bs. I will contact the executive director and figure out when you decided that your metrics and numbers are more important than compassion towards your community. You rather tell me find somewhere else instead of having any empathy. Hope and Help? Yeah thats a joke. Must of made you feel good to make a grown man feel humiliated for having to ask for help eh Mrs Manager? Ban me for life for all I care at this point. You are a shell of your former self and definitely don't understand how customer service let alone compassion works. You just got offended and defensive when that is a pride and ego issue and has nothing to do with the fact you want to "help people in crisis". You act like it's just a paycheck Carrie

Love Dan, Scott, and the passion of this charity. They help local families in Douglas and Elbert counties get back on their feet, and I love how the Treasures thrift store has so many great finds. It’s great to be able to support a nonprofit that is making a difference in our own backyard.

The staff is friendly, kind, empathetic and sweet. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. Helped my family many times with food, clothes, things for our baby, things for our home. Amazing organization. I love them. I LOVE their thrift store next door too. Absolutely love them here. Thank you ladies and gentlemen, for all of your assistance while we were staying in Douglas County. You helped us get by, until our housing voucher came through. It means a lot to all of us! Thank you all!

What a wonderful place to have in our county. Times are tough for many and I can only imagine how busy they are. But I was treated so kindly by everyone there. From the appointment to shopping, they were all extremely helpful with walking me through how everything works.

I stopped here on the way to Idaho. We were out of food and had no money for gas. They were such a blessing. They gave us more than we needed, and were so lovely. I will tell anyone I know passing through castle rock to stop there if they are in need.

Very grateful, and very blessed.
