I only took a couple series classes in basic dance. I have neither background or aptitude for dance. To make matters worse, i had a rather demanding project come up between when i signed up and when the first class started; I was more than a little distracted as I arrived from work to their studio.
Aletia's patience with us was amazing. No matter how long it took us to learn, - and then, even if we'd forget what we just did and have to learn again - her patience NEVER faltered, everyone eventually learned the steps she was teaching, she made sure we felt comfortable before she moved on and, as stressed as some of were, she instilled the confidence we needed to keep at it.
Also nice was her taking the time to review what we learned in previous sessions as we moved to new steps.

Not a dancer, but wanting to learn, I enjoyed the experiences enough to take a second series. Now I'm just waiting for her to offer another.
