Absolutely some of the most rude, condescending, people answering phones with absolutely zero concern for your well being. They only want your insurance and name before giving you any information about this supposed non-profit. HIPPA people HIPPA a lawsuit waiting to happen. Don't ask them for help. They're only concerned about lining their own pockets.

Our infant son was in the Stanford NICU and PICU for a long time and needed nursing to come home. We were offered three nursing agencies to choose from, and so glad we chose Coastal Kids. They were able to staff our home with amazing nurses so we could discharge from the hospital on time. We are elated with the quality of nurses who are taking care of our son, who is currently on respiratory and feeding support. It is a wonderful feeling to relax a little after so long in the ICU. Many thanks to the team at Coastal Kids!
