I have been trying to get my exemption since 2018 and these crooks specially their analysts 33 either try every tricks in the book to do everything for me to not to be cleared. Last time that I applied for a exemption they never explained why it was denied nor sent me a letter specificlly explaining the basis of their decisiom and they never even bothered confirming the people who wrote me character references. Early this year (2024) I applied for the exemption because I've always been eligible for it, but not only the system already showed I was cleared, it went back to being process and they still haven't contacted me of the results. this is the third time they did this since 2019. They're hoping that no one hires me. I called today October, 22,2024 for the status of my background since it says online that it is ready for determination and the rude lady was very disrespectful and hanged up on me. No wonder why their rating is so low. They're affiliated with the same crooks who tried to scam me with fraudulent Child Support documents and the racketeering family court employees and contractors. I will update my review depending on how and what they did.

I've never been inside the building. There is a absolutely gorgeous 🤫 HIDDEN park right on the corner, that is accessable to the public. No one is ever using it. It has an Giant water fountain 🌳⛲🌳 that is surrounded by beautiful stone picnic benches and ginkgo 🌳⛲🌳 trees for shade. A peaceful little place to eat lunch, or read a book or relax for a bit.
THE GROUNDS DO HAVE ENFORCED SECURITY, AND DO NOT PERMIT VAGRANCY .

The employees here that are supposed to make sure Orange County employees do their job are just as bad as Orange County. After I reported an Orange County employee for discrimination to the Civil Rights office they retaliated by no longer taking my phone calls and saying I have to ask for a hearing to make sure orange county employees do their jobs from now on but call them if any other situations come up as far as my Civil rights. Dont call Washington call us. They are all a part of this corrupt state system in California that our Governor should've overhauled long ago.

The administrator certification section is backward and is more focused on making sure that each online class takes the allotted time than making sure content is of good quality accurate. Vendors that they have on their list are selling expired classes. The ACS does not respond in a timely manner to requests for information. I sent in a request and received a fax receipt and got no response for 2 weeks.... and only after multiple calls and repeat faxes. The ACS needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.
