I came for lab test. Blood test. Lab nurse was great, kind, gentle, personal. The office person was extremely efficient, she did express irritation with my slowness signing the contract. I’m 78 yr old and slow, and never did anything like this before. After I apologize for my slow response, she was very nice 😊

I had surgery earlier this week at St. Helena Hospital and could not have had a better experience. Everyone was highly professional, organized, on time, and put my mind at ease with their great bedside manner. My nurse Elizabeth was amazing, along with everyone on the team. Dr. Charles Wilson was my surgeon and I am very grateful to be his patient -- we had two pre-surgery conversations and he patiently (and clearly) answered all my questions. Just as important, he conveyed a great degree of caring. He inspires your confidence and enabled me to head into surgery feeling relaxed and optimistic about the outcome. Surgery can feel scary and daunting -- but Dr. Wilson and the rest of the St. Helena team managed to make it a very positive experience.

Coons Institute is top notch. I had a hip replacement and the entire staff, nurses, Dr. Moore, PT’s all very good and helpful. My hip replacement was outpatient and I feel GREAT. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a hip replacement or Knees. Thank you for a great job on my hip replacement! My quality of life is back where it used to be.

I have to say that my entire experience from beginning to end was quite lovely. The staff from front desk to nurses to anesthesiologist to doctors. Everyone was top-notch very informative and made me feel very comfortable and at ease before a procedure. The post op team were delightful and gave me very specific instructions and let me leave with confidence that I knew everything would be fine. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for great health care.

Christine in imaging was outstanding very knowledgeable patient an helpful. Arturo an Rachel in cardio had great personalities along with Christine actually made my day a lot better than I thought it would be. 5star employees for all four.

I had watchman implant procedure was great success only thing I was in recovery for 5 hours didn't have rooms for 3 patients but they very nice treated us very well . We did eventually got a room ,but one Gentleman nurse he was so sweet and very attentive His name is Awoke ,he's needs to be acknowledged .. Thanks otherwise St Helena heart institute is the greatest
