My brother was referred to this location by Hope Facility august 16th, he was giving medications to last him 1 months and was told to contact Access to make an appt to speak to a Psychiatrist for refills. We were told that his info was not in their system and had to complete an assessment. We called back again and they told us the same thing, which resulted in a 2nd assessment. Then they gave us Abel’s number for this location. My brother and I have been trying to get a hold of him for 3 weeks now. We’ve left 2-3 voicemails with no response and no call back. I can understand that you all are busy, but at this point… this is complete negligence, which will be extremely detrimental to my brothers mental health. We finally decide to call able non stop today (9/5). he finally picked up and requested a 3rd assessment. , told us that my brother would not be able to get his medication until the 21st and that there was nothing else he could do.

So we decided to contact a different mental hospital, my brother has an appt with a psychiatrist tomorrow. I’ll be contacting hope facility so they can transfer his referral there. If it’s taking you 3 weeks to finally answer your phone , I can’t imagine it getting better from here. 0stars.
