Ever have that feeling that you've been ripped off. Called these people because of the good reviews. Boy was that a mistake. I had a problem with a light socket that sparked out. I will be honest and he did fix the problem to my satisfaction. But, the embarrassing amount of money I had to pay for this one fix has given me a bad taste in my mouth. I just don't see the value of a little over an hours work justifying the cost. It's not like they had to supply a lot of parts since they just used the existing socket. He did look at the breaker box and give me advice. But it definitely wasn't worth what I paid. They do charge $69 to come out, and an additional $24.75 for gas and small items. So before anything is done you are out $93.75. Buyer beware. Think carefully before choosing these people. I will not have these people at my house ever again.

We are very disappointed with this company and although we never write reviews we felt compelled to provide this information to others so they would not be taken advantage of. The company responded to our inquiries and sent a service tech as scheduled. While here he dealt with my husband who is 75, hard of hearing and takes time with understanding. The electrician walked to the garage, pushed a button to turn on the circuit and then offered to install our replacement outlet. He was here for 36 minutes total. He charged us $517.00.
When I got home my husband was very upset and stated he did not believe it would cost this much for so little skill and service. He felt he has been misled and blatantly overcharged probably due to his age and obvious misunderstanding. I attempted to contact them to seek a negotiation for at least a partial refund. After many days and many calls when I finally talked with the company they stated that this was their charge period, and they explained that many services like air conditioning and appliance service also charge large amounts like this to their customers. It is what it is.

I used their service to replace one switch/breaker on the electrical panel. Several outlets in my house went out because I used 2 space heaters on one circuit. I tried to reset the switch/breaker from the outside panel but the switch wouldn't reset.

They came out and identified that the circuit was too big for a one breaker, but nonetheless they quoted me a price to replace the breaker. The price was $517 including taxes and a dispatch fee of $69. I agreed to the price despite being outrageous. The technicians spent about 30 minutes in the house taking pictures of the problem and explaining issues with house wiring. However, it took the technician about 5 minutes to replace the breaker.

After replacing the breaker (not before) the technician informed me that the breaker he installed did not have a warranty on it, it could fail tomorrow or a year later (according to the technician).

The next day I checked the breaker and realized that the breaker was not changed. The technician must have done a quick fix to the old one.

Before I decided to write this review, I wanted to speak to the owner to clarify a few inconsistencies. The owner assured me that the breaker was replaced. I told him when I examined the breaker there is old dirt on it that is hard to clean and that dirt was still their. The owner then admitted that because the panel is old, they don't make those kind of breakers anymore, so his technician must have used an old breaker from his truck. The owner further assured me that his guys are very honest. I wish I had known in advance that my breaker was a used old breaker and that there would be no warranty on the installed breaker beforehand. That to me is not an honest.

Called AAA Electrical late at night for a problem we were having with our electricity. They sent Alex out early the following morning. Alex identified the issue, gave us numerous options and actually started work immediately. He ended up spending the entire day with us to get the job done (it was a big project). What he and his coworker couldn’t finish, they were back the following business day to complete the project. Alex was very professional, up front, honest and hard working. We would definitely use this company again for future electrical projects.

Techs responded quickly to replace the main system ground plumbers had removed when re-piping my home. Work was efficiently done, knew about problems with old homes & price was reasonable. Alex returned when I noticed a HVAC duct was disconnected in the crawl-space. Plumbers were most-likely to blame however he did a temp fix pushing the pipes together - at no cost.

Jason was amazing, he installed a level 2 charger for our electric car. From when he arrived until he left, he was kind and professional and explained every step, and gave me choice in the options. After he finished, he walked me through each of the steps and I feel confident in his work. He even helped me save money and effort by joining their yearly membership, which gives us priority if we have any issues moving forward (and saves the emergency fee!). He is a really good guy and I’m definitely going to call him back when it’s time to upgrade the charger!

I will not be using AAA again. Price kept rising no results, no answers, plates left off of the outlets after technician left, tenant felt very uncomfortable. Still wanted to charge me $700, it's seemed fishy to me so we had another company come look at it the next morning, they were in and out in 45 mins with the problem solved. Spoke to upper management to try to find a resolution still waiting to hear back from them a week later. No bueno.
