They need to get out and deal with the destructive stealing children, and counsel these parents on child rearing and keeping their children in line, the drug and alcohol using is also getting out of hand, and the large groups gathering in front of apartments, leaving no room to get through or by them. The whole place has gone down hill. I know that some of this is on management, but a lot could be done to make things more livable.

We were involved in one of their programs, called step up. The property maintenance man dealt drugs at night out behind the soda machine. He said he was in the same game as the program manager.
The program manager invented stories about me where placed in a permanent system. Making it extraordinarily hard for my family to get the help we need.

When advocates tried to talk to this program manager and their supervisor. They refused to speak to them and kept hanging up on them.
I am not blameless, I have ptsd, severe depression and autism. Which is the reason I was there.
