They’re the ones who allow these managers of their apartments complexes to keep bad tenants around. And yes I’m not happy you all responses to issues and concerns of residents at you all apartment complexes. You all do the bare minimum just to keep apartments stable, nothing more nor less! No need to forward any info. You all is the problem! I’m disappointed with how you manage these apartment complexes. You can’t ignore our issues and concerns for too long. I promise you all you will regret not paying attention our concerns!

I have lived here at Corabel Lane Apts for 8 yrs. I've been here through three managers. When I need something done and have someone who will actually listen to me. Shelby Rivas, hands down. Pro- active to my concerns. We really miss her around. She was proactive to the concerns of parking and the residents. When you're involved in the community and know what happens it makes it easier to sustain a good residential atmosphere when the office is closed. She provides that for us.

I have left several messages and no one seems to get back to me. I don't care if it's an email or a voicemail, NO RESPONSE!! They also claim to have several apartment communities and they also claim to work with HUD programs but the moment you mention a housing voucher you really become invisible to them. Ray Stone has been no help to me and I'll just keep looking.
