I have rented an office at the Outlet for almost a year, and it's been great. The location is convenient to everything in Midtown Sacramento and the office space is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. You can find the perfect balance of focused work and camaraderie, with a variety of spaces to work in. Everyone is really nice and the Outlet makes it easy to be productive and have a pleasant workday.

Outlet has been such a great resource to me as I started and expanded my business. The whole crew at Outlet definitely puts their members needs first. The location is excellent, there are plenty of beautiful, well-maintained spaces to meet clients and work, and the whole staff goes out of their way to make sure that you have what you need to work comfortably. Plus, Trav and Harry will suit up and make waffles for you once-a-month, which is always fun. I can't recommend Outlet enough for anyone looking for coworking space. I looked at a lot of the local options when trying to decide where to set up my business and Outlet definitely gave the most value.

I'm a full-time freelance writer and have used Outlet Coworking off and on for more than seven years (a stretch in which I've had a couple of full-time jobs and where a pandemic has kept me working from home a lot of the past three years.)

A few things keep me coming back to Outlet: 1) The owners Travis and Harrison are both good, nice people; 2) The long-term members they attract tend to also have this quality; 3) They maintain a quiet area at the front as free of noise as any workspace I've ever used; 4) Waffle Wednesday at least once a month.

Right now, I'm primarily doing journalistic work, which is easier for me to do from home. But I hope to be back to Outlet at some point in the not too distant future.

Traveling on the road all the time leaves a lot to be desired. Outlet Coworking was a wonderful place to spend our short time in Sacramento. Travis and Harrison, the owners, were very accommodating and helpful when choosing what membership made sense for us. There's a full kitchen with 2 fridges for extra storage, and a great patio space for when the weather is warmer.
