Everything was great when we started here years ago..but has since went down hill. The people who answer the phones and who are in place of the girl who's normally there are rude as ever. You are literally dealing with families and people and children with mental health issues and have the audacity to be nasty and rude! Never again. Get a new job! It's sad people have to go through this..families and children who are already dealing with enough. We love the Dr..Zenita and Jeremy...but it is our time to say goodbye.

This place refused me because I was 15th minutes late I was released from bay park hospital the evening before and had stuff to do been in the hospital 4 days come home to no food in my house.... still no help I am 60 years of age and on oxygen 24/7 ... and a Diabetic and can't walk up and down stairs at all .... and I leave right around the corner ..... all good some places truly don't care all they want is the founding from the government.....
