Went for new card and address change. Quick to call me. Had been several months to get there. A really funny agent told me he'd sent me $11,000,000 but I didn't get it due to old address...I told him to take it off my taxes! A Social Security guy with a sense of humor! How utterly refreshing!

The people are always rude and they never answer their phones worst experience ever with this place. Your better at doing it online yourself then getting ahold of them too walk you through the steps or just trying to ask questions.
