Lady I'm trying to rent from, said a week ago, she would call back the following day, when my paperwork/evaluation was over. I waited, but no phone call. So, I called her today and she wouldn't let me get in a word edgewise. Each time I'd open my mouth to speak, she would interrupt. She said my paperwork/evaluation still isn't over. Then, she basically told me not to call anymore, to wait for her phone call, and then hung up. Wow.

They are a MESS! only certain days for pick up application (and certain hours) certain days for drop off and closed half the time or gone somewhere. Ppl out here needed a place to live and they will put you thru pure hell before your accepted. Just shameful

I had to call JHA for a client at work and the lady who answered the phone was extremely disrespectful. She transferred me to another lady who was also extremely disrespectful. These women did not want to believe anything I was saying and were not helpful at all. I hope to get my client out of there and to a better, safer location with polite and respectful owners / workers.

Well....I only go in there once a month and have not been in there since this COVID 19 ep started to really surface.....The Housing Office works with the Church giving away food and also prepares lunch meals to who need it.....Recently they did hire a new lady she takes your payment's she is very friendly and outgoing personality.
