James is ALWAYS a pleasure. Action speaks volumes and his has done such. Psychiatrist are there to help… I’m assuming now only with medications. So, for me to have James as a Therapist is awesome. He listens, gives exceptional advice and it all helps. I don’t beat myself up so much for having to go through this process anymore in order to heal and I can thank James for that. Thanks James!!

Julia is a fantastic provider who is always willing to listen to me. She is on time for phone visits and calls in my prescriptions right away. Her assistant Danny is also very friendly and helpful as well.

I did not like working with her and she needs to listen to her clients more if she wants to be a therapist. If your clients tells you already they do not want or need medication then stop asking. That shows you have no respect for your client and I will not work with no Therapist like that at all. I want a therapist that is supportive not controlling.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but this review is specifically for the billing call center… I have only had one appointment here and the onsite staff seemed kind. However, I have gotten 12 calls, a text, and an email in the span of 6 hours to pay a bill I had just received at the start of the day.
If this is how billing is handled, I am not interested in continuing to use these services, and have cancelled my future appointments here.

Ian is the best assistant. He always makes sure my refills are on time and that my appointments get scheduled timely.

Much better experience than in the past. The (new) girl at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. This is a nice change as the one who was there before was nothing like that.
