Foodbank under new leadership is part of our strategic alliance in recognizing the divinity in every community member. We are in the transformation industry and we invite everyone to be modestly more than who they are. The staff here model for us what it’s like to serve, serve well and serve locally. If you are delivering here in a semi, it's not too too difficult. Go 710 south, Anaheim street eastbound, left on Oregon, left on 16th to make it easy. Check in At the front office and let them know outside in the back you are here. The large gated area is where you pull in and park like in the picture. You back out back into the street and take your first left onto 14th and your back on Oregon. Takes about an hour depending on your product. Busy area.

If I could leave no stars I would. This is supposed to be a non-profit but If the right irs agent looked into it that status would change. While doing business with this organization. I was greeted by a very rude lady. I tend to let alot of stuff go but this just set the whole tone for the business being conducted. To put icing on the cake I wasn't even allowed to use the restroom. How can any organization that supposedly helps people be completely rude and deny someone on there premises at there wish the opportunity to use the restroom. I will be making some phone calls.

As a donor of large quantities with chain of custody issues, this organization makes it very difficult, no impossible to donate. They would not provide a receipt on delivery (only mail). We got on the phone and found a go around then this organization didn't want the pallets of food. Why? Because we asked for a receipt, then figured out a way to donate and have the receipt mailed and the supervisor who apparently doesn't like accommodating donors didn't want the food. The other poster saying this is likely a for profit org may be right. I wonder what percentage of food or proceeds from food they turn around and sell to dollar stores actually goes to those in real need. This doesn't appear to be a location that the needy may even come to to get food (they do appear to allow churches and other homeless services organizations to come pick up food though).

The owner of this establishment rear-ended my vehicle then, proceeded to blame me for parking on public streets. Then he starts complaining about other businesses in the area. As if that had anything to do with him hitting my bumper. Super unprofessional.
