Most helpless agency ever, I am in contact with, Case Worker charity, and supervisor Vanesa.
It has been four months They are still holding our government funds from SIV program,I hope someone sees this comment and make them pay us.

One of the best charity organizations that I've known. Real Christians! Their employees are kind, respectful, and responsive. I always got a callback when I left a voice message. My emails were all answered and if one of them fell through the cracks (too many refugees seeking help), I got an apology. Truly appreciate all your hard work.

It is not bad I had friend that were getting settlement assistance in Sacramento, they do have few good case workers. But some of the them are the type that don't want to work and kind skip the appointments .
Anyways I hope the head of the WR manages to fix the issues to avoid problems with new immigrants.

The employees are horrible. They do not behave you as a client, but think that people are their slaves.
No answer to phones calls.

This organization is a political structure which helps people who part of this structure only like all protestants sects who supporting USA policy in any country. if person did not belong to any protestant sects they did not want help. Protestants sects are political religious party as any party even communist party if you are not with so you are their enemy. Most pentecost groups I know who are from Ukraine are not prosecution by any Government neither other religious group. Most men in this sect are used to serve in KGB or still serving.
