We visited this clinic to have our cat neutered, and we couldn’t be happier! From the start, everything was perfectly organized: the drop-off and pick-up process was smooth and efficient with no delays or confusion. The prices were very affordable, which was a pleasant surprise. A huge thank you to the staff – they are incredibly kind and attentive, making both us and our cat feel at ease. We’re absolutely thrilled with the experience! Thank you for your professionalism and care!

I would like to give a BIG BIG THANK YOU!!! to Renee and her staff for being so good at what they do. My baby had some complications after her surgery and they were available to take my call and treat princess right away. Please don’t hesitate to call them about fur baby. Princess and I thank you again!

Fast, friendly, and very affordable spay services. You literally drive up and they take your pet and will bring them out to you when you get back. My only complaint is how far it is since I live near Roseville 😅

For feral cat appointments you have to call on the 1st Monday of each month. After 499 calls and 2 hours of time spent trying and getting a busy signal I finally got through. Then I was told all the appointments for the month were full and I would have to try again next month. 🤯

I believe the appointment system for feral cats needs to be changed. I’m trying to do the right thing and get these cats spayed/neutered and keep hitting flawed systems to get this done. Super frustrating! 😭

UPDATE! Super excited and happy! They called me and two spots opened up! Can’t wait to get two of them trapped and “fixed”! 👏🏻😻🐈🐈‍⬛

Took my cat to get spayed and also for surgery and later that night she died. It was too much for her to handle and she passed away. The doctors were irresponsible to try and fit in both a surgery and a spaying and my beloved little cat payed the price. I would look elsewhere and would never think of bringing my 2 other cats back here.

This place is a joke!! They tell you to get online on the first Monday at 7 then you get on at 6:59 and all appointments are taken! When you call all they say is sorry we have no more appointments! Very frustrating! Can you please get more organized!

Renee from CSN was AMAZING. I adopted a stray kitten from a trapper, the trapper brought her here to get fixed and then she was in my care, she had developed a hard bump near the incision area which was concerning so we called CSN and Renee went over the top to help, was there for questions at any time of the day and talked me through concerns and what to look for if she needed to be brought it. Luckily kitty was fine, the bump went away on its own within a few days and all was good. But with concerns that stressful, it was so relieving to know I could contact Renee at any point. She’s awesome, and the clinic is awesome ! Definitely recommend

We have been over run with feral cats and their kittens. The people at this clinic have been so helpful. So far we have had 13 cats spayed or neutered. These people are very professional and kind.
