It's an okay area to FLY my DJI Phantom 4 quadcopter's, basketball court's are very nice. However, I did notice the homeless people here at the park.
P.S It's in China town, so good luck trying to drive there.

Don't come to this park . Doesn't matter what time day or night .homeless people started camping out in the area especially around the
community center some of them do live in their cars you’ll know when you see them in the parking lot, they have dogs that bark at anyone that walk in the park . The park feels very unsafe and The community center staff won’t do anything about it nor sheriffs department. Avoid this park especially at night .

Attempted to walk in at 9:30Am. Center is listed as opening at 9am. Doors were locked with employees inside. Apparently this building is only for the servers. Another upside down pyramid built on the backs of its communities tax payers. Common occurrence here.

I went there to do my election training class. It was a very nice, clean, and quiet place. There are a lot of programs available for everyone. There are no benches to sit on especially in the front of the building, but in the back near the parking lot you can find a place to sit. This would not work well for a disabled person, like me, especially if you have to wait for a ride in the front. The restrooms are clean, but the water fountain is very nasty. The water does not come out cold.
