This place is extremely unprofessional! I had been inquiring about a puppy they had up for adoption for 12 days with not one response for the multiple emails and calls I sent. What’s even more annoying is the fact that when you call it’s an automated message and they tell you they are at maximum capacity for holding animals so one would think they would take inquiries a little more serious to free up space and to also have these animals adopted if they really cared. I’m so disappointed and frustrated because I had been looking at this puppy they had on Petfinder since they listed her and have been sending out so so many emails, etc. and 12 days later when they finally respond they tell me that she has been adopted already. Have some human decency and respond to your possible customers, even if there were other adoption applications along with mine, all they had to do what respond to me to let me know that they were looking into mine. I would not have been frustrated if that was the case but unfortunately it wasn’t.

Unfortunately I couldn't keep my cat because my niece (who lives with me) is allergic and we tried claritin which did not work. The girls there were rude and unprofessional and asked me with an attitude "well have you tried claritin, because we dont just take them in you have to keep it until we find it a home" They then asked their manager I believe who told them to just take her in. They came back with a cage and told me "Youre lucky shes cute because if she was a regular black cat we wouldnt have taken her" When they took her to the back I heard one of them say "Michael takes claritin and hes fine so i dont know what theyre talking about" Like the walls are thin girl.Then as I was signing the papers another visiter accidentally nugded my sister with the door which they decided to laugh out loud too and then they began to speak about who would take the cat home ( I think they foster them themselves) And the girl was like "I would take her in but I dont like cats" What the hell are you doing working there then...

Adopted multiple dogs from this organization! They truly care about the animals and want nothing but the best for them ! Very sweet people even made sure we left with the proper supplies to make our fur babies right at home ! Easy process and they love hearing about how the dogs are doing years later ! Love and recommend PRS 🤩🥰

Bad experience trying to adopt a dog from this organization. While on the one hand you have dog rescue organizations that want to help animals find loving homes, on the other hand, you have over-zealous, game-playing, control freak organizations like Pet Rescue Solutions. DEALING WITH ORGANIZATIONS LIKE PRS ARE WHY WELL MEANING PEOPLE BECOME FRUSTRATED AND END UP BUYING FROM BREEDERS. I filled out an application 4 weeks ago for a dog and received an email saying they would look at my application and get back with me. No word from them since. I have called them everyday since trying to get more information about when I can meet the dog and they keep dodging the questions, ignoring my emails. Today I find out the dog I wanted has been adopted.

These people are control freaks and like to play games with you and feel self-righteous while doing it. They end up hurting their own cause, which should be to help animals--not to pat themselves on the back for being "good" people. I am so disgusted with the lot of them.

We submitted an application, we showed up to the place, I called twice, and I posted on their FB page to inquire about the dog I wanted to adopt. No one ever answered the fb comment, we got an email stating they were reviewing applications, 10 days later we get another email that said the dog was given to someone else. I do not think anyone could have showed more interest than us... I even said I would take both dogs up for adoption. I guess the Yelp reviews were right. I would never attempt to adopt from them again.

Bad experience trying to adopt a dog from these people. I applied to adopt a dog a couple of months ago and despite emailing additional pictures and information and looking for a followup, I have heard nothing from them about the dog, despite them telling me theyre going to get back to me. No word. Radio silence. They were very condescending on the phone when I called in asking about the whole process and elusive about giving me any information, despite me calling them everyday for a couple of weeks. Do they care about putting animals in good, qualified homes, or do they just want to play mind games? Are they making money off of the dog by asking for donations to cover medical expenses? Who knows! Extreme control freakery behind a mask of do-gooders. Do not donate money to them either, just donate money to people who are legitimate rescue organizations.

Microchipping my dog was only 15 bucks. They were very polite and it was fast. They also sell the minimum needed to have when having a pet such as simple collars, leashes and poop bags. Prices vary from a dollar for the poop bags to 5 bucks.
