I would have to say my stay here has been both positive and negative but I would lean more towards positive. I look forward to the daily activities that the department has thoughtfully planned for all of us all to enjoy. The new weekend activities is totally positive awesome work Ladies.

The facility is beautifully maintained and offers a warm, welcoming environment. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, making sure every resident feels valued and supported. I loved volunteering here and doing painting lessons with the residents. There is a sense of community here and the bond between staff and residents is truly incredible. So happy to make a positive impact on the lives of these residents!

We love how Anna, Cynthia, Alex, Norma -and Marco of SARC look out for our precious beloved Mother, Auntee, and grandma. The facility is well maintained and all the residents are thoroughly looked after with the utmost of dignity care and respect. We appreciate the team.

I recently volunteered at the Santa Anita Assisted Living Center's 4th of July barbecue event, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience! The atmosphere was vibrant and full of joy, as the residents thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food prepared especially for them. It was heartwarming to see the smiles on their faces and to be a part of such a wonderful community gathering. I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute and look forward to participating in future events. Santa Anita truly knows how to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone involved!

I am concerns, seeing residents smoking. They should smoke outside in front of the building but not inside, neither inside center patio. Center patio, too small and patients to closed to inhale others smoke. They shouldn't smoke there, period. No one can come out and enjoy the clean air in the center patio. Change the rules for NO Smoking 🚭

I have been visiting a friend's mom here who moved in not long ago, and I must say, she is very happy! It is very home like here, staff is friendly and caring. But most of all, I appreciate an individual there that keeps her busy, the Activity Ditector Miss Brenda, she took the time to get to know my friends mom, keeps her busy whether it's with a good game of Bingo or going out into the community, we love it!

Mostly good. The resident I visit seems happy. The sophisticated sign in process never works because the scanner is always off. This makes the app useless. Please fix this.

My father moved in in 2015. At first this facility was ok. They took really great care of my father but as years went on and staff kept changing, the quality started to decline. When the pandemic hit they stop doing their job and quality was nonexistent. I can get father out of this place fast enough. My dads room smells, things are missing from his room, I have to call or show up all the time to make sure he receives his weekly showers. All the management changed in 2020. Staff turn over is high. Im always meeting new faces in the staff. I visit my dad at least twice a week before the pandemic and im always call to check on my dad. Im happy to say im moving him out today.

Update: At the time I wrote the first review I was so angry with the level of care given to my the last year he was there that I forgot to mention the best part of my father stay there. William, who at the time was the front office manager, was a blessing. Always showed compassion to my father and kept a smile on his face. I truly hope this facility is under better management since the pandemic.
